More exercise and a product placement
Saturday I went for my very first hike, on Spencer Island, just north of Everett. Here is a picture of Dad getting ready for the hike with his two favourite things; me, and a grande-light ice-no whip mocha.

Hey guys, He is growing!! (Jack, that is, not Joe). It is so nice to see you all!! I am sorry to hear about your grandmother, Peryl. I do hope you get a chanse to visit her soon -- and maybe us. I'll check our callender and talk to Paul about March 11. As always, we would LOVE to come over, but $$$ Paul hasn't been working too much -- the post christmas lull. I'm glad you're staying home. That's great!! I look forward to more pix and to seeing you all soon.
