Our Big East Adventure

We spent five weeks on the other side of the continent, and had a ridiculous amount of fun. Here we are enjoying Grandma and Grampa's unbounded hospitality...

At the Vermont Balloon Festival, where we made sure to apply sunscreen liberally to our scalp...

Appreciating the gift that is time with our great-grandparents in Montreal...

And visiting the easternmost part of Canada to celebrate Jesse and Jana's wedding, which was truly beautiful, funny and vivacious - just like the bride and groom. (And could Daddy and Alex BE any cooler?)

Happy honeymooning to the gorgeous couple, big hugs and kisses to all assorted grandparents and great-grandparents. Five weeks by went so quickly - we are richer for the time we spent with you and miss you terribly.

What a great summer adventure!! You all look fantastic. So nice to see everybodies' [sp?] smiling faces :) Cool hair with the sunscreen in it Jack! Very very nice to see pics of your great-grandparents in Montreal as well. I haven't seen them in years. They're looking good. We're waiting for grandparental visits shortly.

Yup, there is literally nothing better than grandparents, and great-grandparents are, well, even greater :).
